This console is for authorized North Mining Dispatch platform administrators. It can display information and change settings across tenant accounts.

Use tenant information for authorized work

Confirm the selected tenant before inspecting records, changing access, configuring providers, or recording billing decisions. Customer and staff information should only be used for the work you are authorized to perform.

Protected actions are recorded

Sensitive controls require authentication and may ask for a fresh authenticator code. Changes request a reason and reference, and record audit evidence. If a request is interrupted, check the current state and audit trail before retrying.

Credentials and shared devices

Provider credentials are write-only in the integration editor. Keep credentials out of reasons, ticket references and messages. Sign out when finished, especially on a shared device.

Privacy information

The website privacy notice explains information collected through the public website. It does not replace a tenant's service agreement or data-processing terms.
